I am an amateur astronomer from Split (Dalmatia, southern Croatia), and
I'm
preparing a review of amateur astronomy in SE and central Europe.
This review is a part of business plan for Graduate program in
astrophysics
at the University of Split ( http://fizika.pmfst.hr).
I would like to make a contact with people from amateur astronomical
community in Hungary, but, unfortunately, I don't speak Hungarian, so
surfing the web didn't help me so far.
I'm interested in the following:
* What are Your (or your society's) primary activities (public or
private
star parties, astrophotography, public lectures, education, science,
web...)
* Do You have some form of cooperation (local and regional) with other
astronomy societies
* Do You have contacts with with professional astronomers
* Do you organize or attempt star parties. Can you name some of them?
If You could help me to establish a contact with other amateur
astronomical
societys or individuals in Your country, I would be very grateful.
Just forwarding this mail to some amateur astronomers would be really
great!
