David Gyula tegnapi eloadasan emlitette, hogy az SDSS kepei mar virtual pla
netary formaban elerhetok a neten. Ezen felbuzdulva elkezdtem keresgelni, e
s talaltam is egy nagyon erdekes dolgot, egy (szamomra) uj funkciot a NASA
World Wind nevu programjanak legujabb valtozataban, ami pontosan ezt teszi
elerhetove.
A program eredetileg a foldfelszinrol keszult muholdkepek 3D megtekintesere
alkalmas (hasonloan a Google Earth-hoz) egy nagyon kellemes felhasznaloi f
eluleten keresztul. Ezen felul kepes sok mas naprendszerbeli objektumrol (P
l. Mars) is hasonlo muholdas kepet adni.
Ami uj, hogy mar tudja az SDSS (Sloan Digital Sky Survey) kepek megjelenite
set is, vagy legalabbis azok egy reszet (teljes nagymedve és kornyeke).
Az elmeny rendkivuli, szabadon lehet "kozlekedni" a csillagos egen, mint eg
y planetarium programban, azzal a kulonbseggel, hogy itt valos fenykepeket
lat az ember rendkivuli felbontas (nagyithatosag) es hatarmagnitudo mellett.
Csak ajanlani tudom mindenkinek, akinek van netje es egy kis szabadideje. (
inkabb sok, mivel a dolog tenyleg lenyugozo es savszeligenyes :-)
